Saturday the 1st of November witnessed the AHF Executive Committee Meeting headed by his Excellency Sheikh Ahmed Al Fahd Al Sabah. The meeting was held at half past ten pm at the AHF Office in Kuwait. Sheikh Ahmed welcomed all the attendant members, Dr. Roshan Anand-General Secretary-, Mr. Bader Theyab - Treasurer - Mr. Naser Hilal - Chairman of Training and Techniques' Committee -, Dr. Ahmad Abu Al Lail - Executive Director.

* After the opening the members approved the minutes of the last meeting which was held on January 5th 2008.

* Then they reviewed the hosting applications for the 11th Asian Champions' League, the period from 04-18 July 2009.

* This was followed by reviewing the hosting applications for the 3rd Asian Women's Youth Championship (Qualifications for WC2010) & Q. Youth Olympic Games 2010 Singapore - age of 1993 from 04-18 July.

* Afterwards came the reviewing of the hosting applications for the 10th Asian women's Junior championship (Qualification for Women's Junior WC 2010).

* Discussing the date of the Asian Beach Qualifications for the year 2009.

* Finally reviweing the AHF Calandar of events for the year 2009.

At the end of the meeting Dr. Anand on behalf of H.E. Sheikh Ahmed Al Fahd Al Sabah thanked all the members of the Executive Committee and wished them further progress for the best interest of the Asian Handball and it's continious success on the Asian level. The meeting was concluded at 1:30 pm.
